My Story & How I approach things
My motto would be: since everything is impermanent, keep it simple, do your best and enjoy the ride.
Nature to me is a great source of inspiration: it is infinitely diverse, it is full of perfect imperfections, it constantly changes, adapts and evolves. Whatever the circumstances, life finds its way.
Travelling, exploring new cultures and knowing people from all around the globe has taught most of what I know today. Yes, I succesfuly completed studies in Translation (English-Spanish-French), followed by a master in Development & Cooperation and lastly a post-master in Corporate Communication, which obviously makes me "valid for the job". However, to me there is nothing like genuine curiosity to get a better understanding of who and what surrounds you. Oh, just so you know, I originally come from Belgium, have had the chance to live and travel in the US, India and Brazil and since 2008, have been living in Barcelona.
My professional journey has been quite eclectic - until some time ago I would even think it was incoherent . Being a tranlator, editor, SEO copywriter, web builder, project manager, teacher, improvised art director, actress, event coordinator, retreat organizer... made me feel like a one-woman band. I realized though that the fact that it was impossible for me to put a label on what I did was actually something I could be proud of: being in a contant learning process over the years made me even more agile and up for new challenges - which my clients have always valued.
Last but not least, I'd say I'm passionate about words - spoken or written - and find storytelling both fascinating and empowering. Theatre arts have been nurturing my life in the last few years and my (no longer secret) dream eventually would be to set up or join a community project involving arts, integration and permaculture (yes, here I go again: back to nature!).

Coffee time
Let's talk so I get to know who you are, what you need, what you got, what is essential to you and what is not, what are your ressources, your deadline and what's your goal.
Don't know where to start? No worries, I got your back and all my usual basic questions prepared.
It should take about 2h.
2.
My offer
Every project is unique and so is yours. Based on our conversation, I'll make a you a proposal with: suggestion(s) of web/hosting platform + related cost, budget estimation based on my hourly rate and expected minimum-maximum amount of work.
I'll also specify what is included in my services and what is expected to be provided by you (contents, for ex.) and the billing conditions.
Give me up to 3 days.
3.
Agreements
Yours and mine. Time to answer last questions, to tweak the proposal if necessary and - hopefully! - to agree on it.
Time to sign the offer, non-disclosure agreements if required, gather the necessary information and get ready to start working in the best conditions possible.
Instantaneous or up to a few extra days, depending on both of us.
4.
Team work
Off we go! I'll make you proposals that you either validate (yeah, let's keep going!) or require to adjust. Together we'll keep on building progressively, based on the previous steps taken.
Sometimes things don't work out the way we expected and that's OK. The key is to keep on build UP, even if it requires removing or moving a brick slightly, instead of tearing the wall down.
From 3 weeks to a few months (depending on the project's complexity and our agility).
5.
Going live
You're ON! We've given your website the very last tweaks and improvements, we both feel satisfied with the result: it is time to publish and show your website to the world!
Time to wrap up, make sure everything works properly for me to give you the keys (that is, the ownership obviously, but also a training on how to handle your new website if you wish (I usually include 2h).
